Wow it smells good in here!

Hey guys! I hope all of you are having a great weekend!! We have just been hanging out with family and doing house work. A couple days ago I went to Walmart and purchased one of the candle warmers. Of course I picked out the one with the fleur de lis on it, here I go again copying Liz! :) The scent I bought is called warm vanilla creme, boy oh boy does it smell DIVINE! 

I did smell a lot of the scents that they have, all of them smell good! I will be going back for more thats for sure! I wanna get two more of these warmers, one for my bedroom and one for the kitchen. If your house is very open the fragrance does smell good throughout.

Joining Kara for Whassup Wednesday

It's Here and we are in LOVE!

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted for a few days, things have been crazy and I just haven't had any time. On Saturday, we went and got our new TV and stand. We didn't end up getting the TV I showed you in my last post that we were going to get, we ended up getting a Sony Bravia 55inch led that can be 3D as well. We got this TV at such a good deal we couldn't pass it up! We are so happy with our decision, we LOVE this TV!! On the ride home, Jackson started throwing up in his car seat! AWFUL!! I thought that it was just a fluke, so we cleaned him up and I needed to run to the store, so I took him with me and as we were walking out he did it again! So embarrasing! I think he had a little stomach bug that's for sure.

 Here are some pictures of it in our house right now, we have a built in entertainment area, but sadly with the stand this does not fit. Luckly, we aren't going to be staying here so it doesn't matter too much. It was hard for me to get a good picture of the TV and stand, it's more cherry in person, which I LOVE! I am so happy with it. We haven't had a chance to put any of our electronics into the stand yet, but we will this week.

Ofcourse, this week I made a trip to my FAV store lately, Ross.  I also went to Peir 1. Here are my finds

I found this Rooster canister at Pier 1, it was on clearance for 10 dollars.

I was looking for a holder for my sweet-n-low for my coffee, I found it at Ross for 2.99!

I was also, looking online at fleur de lis spoon rests and almost purchased one, but for some reason I didn't. I am so glad I didn't because I found this one at Ross for 2.99! The one I was gonna buy was exactly like this for 6.99. SCORE!

I also found this grape plate to display in my kitchen, it was 5.99.

I got this planter at Ross, it was 6.99. I have a plan for it, that I hope to share with you next week, if everything goes the way I am planning.

Lastly, I found this fleur de lis iron piece, at first I looked at it and didn't pick it up. On, the front it has some scratches, but I decided to go back and get it and if it really bothers me I will spray paint it with ORB. It was 19.99 and really is a large piece, I ofcourse LOVE fleur de lis!

It's Green and Leopard

Hey guys! I hope you all are having a great day! First off I wanna say thank you to all of my new followers!! I am now over 200 I think a giveaway is in store very soon!! :) A couple weeks ago, I showed you a leopard trunk that I got from Ross. Well, instead of  using it as a storage box, I decided to put some greenery in it. 

Here is the box, just plain by itself.

I think it looks so cute now. I saw one online at Kirkland's and it was priced at 14.99. I made mine for 11 dollars and I think it looks just as good if not better. I got the greenery from Hobby Lobby, it was 5 dollars half off.

New Boob Tube

Hey guys!! I hope you all had a great weekend! We have decided to get a new TV, I am wanting your opinions on some things. I have picked out the TV console I like, I just cannot decide to go with all of the same wood tones, as far as matching the coffee table, console and a DVD storage cabinet. Awhile back I showed you some coffee tables, I think I have decided on which one I am gonna get, which is pictured below. All of the reviews say that this table is darker than the picture, I don't know if I am sold on it yet. 

Here is the tv console we are going to get, it's from Best Buy. In the pictures the colors look similar, but you just never know. I guess it doesn't have to match perfectly, I am just sort of a freak about that! HAHA

Here's the TV we are getting, my husband is so excited!! :) I must admit, I am too! It's a 55inch LED Samsung TV.

We have a ton of DVD's, I have been storing them in a dresser that's in our guest room. So, we need to get something to house them. I think this one looks really nice, with extra room to store other things as well.

So, my question to you is would you go with all of the same shade of wood, or do a darker media cabinet, or a darker coffee table. Here's another media cabinet I like and then a different shade of the one above.

Lastly, here is a picture of the room all of this furniture will be going in. We will be putting the TV console where the one is in there right now, and I plan on putting the DVD storage cabinet where the bookcase is right now.

New Goodies

Hey guys! I hope you all are having a great weekend!! We are still staying at our inlaws house until tomorrow. I did some shopping this week and I wanted to show you guys what I got. I, of course hit Ross and I went to Big Lots too.

Here are my Ross finds, I found a Horse and Fleur de lis candle sconces that I have been wanting. The guy was stocking the shelves and I saw the sconces sitting there, so I hurried up and snatched them before anyone else could LOL.

The horse was 15.99. Liz has the same one, we are on a roll copying each other lately! :)

The candle sconces were 19.99, they are a nice size too. I copied my friend LC on that one. :)

Today, I went to Big Lots and found some cute things. Here's what I got.

 I loved these two plaques, I think they will look good in my kitchen. At 5 bucks a piece I couldn't pass them up.

I love how the spoon has grapes on it, I have the whole wine theme going through my kitchen.

I love topiaries, so when I saw this plaque I knew it would be mine! I might go back and get another one they had two different ones that were similar. It was 8 dollars.

I hope I am not boring all of you guys with my shopping posts. The house we are moving into is about 1000 sqft bigger than the one we were in, so I have quite a bit of space to fill. 

Lastly, I made another tassel for my Etsy store. I plan on making some more this coming week.
